Mediation

Mediation is your civilised process to reach agreement about the things that are important to you. This is your life, your separation so you set the agenda.

We work with you to identify the things that you already agree on as well as the things that need negotiation and agreement.

As your Mediator, we are neutral. We work with you to make sure that you both bring your best selves to the negotiating table.

Consent Orders

Once you’ve reached agreement you may choose to formalise it in Consent Orders. Consent Orders can cover parenting agreements as well as financial agreements/property settlement.
